Nicole has been with Waggin Tails since we opened, but has been a part of Fitchburg Vet Hospital since 2002. Nicole has studied graphic design at MATC and is a licensed cometologist with a degree from Martins College of Cosmetology. Since Nicole was a child and her mother ran a child daycare out of their house, Nicole has enjoyed being a caregiver. Nicole has been involved in several volunteer programs, including having volunteered at the YWCA as a caregiver to children while their mothers were out job searching. She was also involved in helping find donors to provided clothing for the mothers to get back on their feet. She has also been an in home caregiver for the mentally challenged. Nicole has grown up with animals including dogs, cats, iguanas, snakes, spiders, horses and handful of rescue animals her family took in as their own. Nicole has two kitties at home named Don and Layla, whom she spoils. Nicole's favorite thing about working at Waggin Tails is the variety of dogs she meets in the kennels. She is always boasting about her new favorite dog, and enjoys the one on one time she gets with each boarding dog. Nicole spends her free time drawing, painting, playing volleyball and enjoying live music. Nicole is excited to grow with the company and to continue to give your pets the best quality care.
