Michelle has been working with Waggin Tails since it opened in 2008. She has a Bachelor of Science from William Woods University, where she majored in Equestrian Science. Michelle enjoys working with people and their pets to form a solid bond and create well-behaved animals. At home, Michelle shares her house with her two Doberman Pinchers, Blaze and Aurora. She also owns an American Saddle breed horse named Jessie.
Michelle has owned and worked with horses since 1988. She has professionally trained horses since 1997, and continues to teach riding lessons for people of all ages. She has been professionally training dogs since 2008, and has a great passion for it.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys working with her own dogs on agility. She has been competing in agility events with her female dog, Aurora. She also enjoys making dog collars, training leads, and winter blankets for dogs.
