Mel brings her work ethic, dedication and 25 years experience training, breeding, showing, and rescuing dogs to our clinic. Now, add to that her 12 years as a kennel manager, 3 years as President of the Badger Kennel Club, a “glad to meet you” personality and a love of animals that doesn’t stop. Mel’s family includes husband, Jeff, 9 children (4 adopted following the tragic death of their parents in an accident), and a veritable menagerie of 4-legged friends. Mel will still be visible at the clinic, although she will be spending most of her time next door at Waggin' Tails.
